Room Types: Family Suite (Maximum 4 people)

• 4 bedrooms (with a double-sized bed in each room), 2 bathrooms
• Kitchen with fridge, stove & microwave. Dishware or serving ware not included.

Cost:

$219/night + taxes for the entire family suite

• Rooms can only be purchased through the LSAC website. Any quotes requested through the Centennial Place Residence website will be redirected.
• Each suite (4 rooms per suite) is reserved by the unit. There are no discounts available for fewer than 4 occupants.
• Conference attendees must form their own groups for the family suite. Reservations must be made under one name. Attendees must allocate rooms and arrange payment within their own groups.
• Parking is available for $10.00 per day plus taxes and a 3% administration fee. To be purchased on site.

Cancellation Policy:

• 60 days prior to arrival: No penalty, deposit reimbursed in full
• 59 to 30 days prior to arrival: 70% of estimated value of contract is refundable
• 30 to 8 days prior to arrival: 20% of estimated value of contract is refundable
• Less than 7 days prior to arrival: Not refundable

Accommodations Agreement:

By purchasing this room, you agree with the following statements.

• Occupants must provide LSAC with the following information for each person staying in the room:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone number
  • Institution/organization of employment
• Occupants of the room will be held liable for any damage to the Centennial Place Residence property that may be incurred during the stay.
